I love booking ‘bump to baby’ sessions and this is a perfect example of why! Working with clients to capture their maternity is not only an amazing milesone opportunity but it also gives me the chance to really get to know mom and dad before they ‘officially’ bring home baby. Once baby arrives and it is time for our newborn session, it basically turns my ‘job’ into spending a morning with new friends and their new baby (oh…and I bring my camera of course).
Baby S was a sleeping beauty and gave me so much creative freedom to capture those sweet closed eye shots. But she was also awake and ALERT for a portion of our session and I love that we have some shots with her big, beautiful, expressive eyes!
