The rain may not always be our favorite in the Winter but it sure does make for beautiful Spring flowers and fun field sessions. These sweet sisters have been growing up in front of my lens since they were still in their momma’s belly and it has been so much fun to watch their family expand and see their sisterly bond grow! We’ve used these same fields for the past 3 years and I love the collection of moments we’ve captured from belly to baby to growing little ladies.
The wedding of Kevin and Chelsea took place at the gorgeous Casa Real in Pleasanton. Picking a February wedding is a bold move given the unpredictable weather but I absolutely adored how carefree and laid back both the bride and groom were over the chance of a little rain on their wedding day. It did in fact rain off and on throughout the day but it most certainly did NOT rain on their parade. Their day was filled with close family, amazing friends and so much love and laughter! I had so much fun from start to finish with their entire bridal party and couldn’t have asked for a better day!
1 year sessions are easily some of my favorite. I love capturing the milestone birthday along with all of the sweet little ‘bonuses’ that always come along with it (first teeth, first steps, clapping, standing…the list is endless). Add a gorgeous little girl in a perfect outfit + pearls, beautiful golden fall light and the sweetest mom & dad and you really cannot go wrong!
